Failure to complete verification may result in suspension of account activity until documentation is provided and approved. Only one account is permitted per person, per household, and per device. Duplicate or suspicious accounts may be suspended and balances withheld pending investigation.
All account transactions — deposits, balances, stakes, winnings, and withdrawals — are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Supported payment channels include Philippine bank transfer, online banking, GCash, Maya, and other local e-wallets as made available on the cashier page from time to time.
Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods for gaming transactions on 77pup.
Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown on the cashier page and may vary by method. Deposits must come from accounts or payment instruments registered in your name — third-party deposits are not permitted.
Withdrawal requests are processed after identity verification is complete. 77pup does not guarantee processing times, as these depend on the payment method and financial institutions involved. Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods previously used for deposits or verified accounts in your name, subject to applicable limits and verification requirements.
77pup is not responsible for delays, errors, or fees imposed by your bank or payment provider. Funds deposited for gaming purposes are held as player credit — they are not interest-bearing and do not constitute a financial product.
